Description:
The hot laminated film has an extruded coating surface with low-temperature molten resin, which can be laminated onto the paper product by heating and pressure. Various surface treatments can add value to the printed surface. The matte BOPP hot laminating film provides a matte effect on the surface of the printing machine to prevent fingerprints and stains. Compared with the glossy hot lamination film, the matt film can be stored for a longer time.
A combination of good performance characteristics and low price point make BOPP thermal laminating films ideal for all kinds of printed & unprinted paper and paper boards, including book covers, cosmetics packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, Diaries etc.

6. Wide adaptability: widely used in different types of laminators, including wet and dry laminators. If a wet laminator is used, only minor adjustments to the machine are required.

Special Instruction:
1. NEI glossy BOPP thermal laminate film with a roll temperature range of 85 to 110°C and a roll press of 10 to 20 Mpa is recommended. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminator
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
