Description:
Wear free (anti wear) hot pressed film with surface coating, wear-resistant matte BOPP finish, and additional matte appearance. The matte surface has a high dyne level for coatings, hot stamping, and UC ink. It avoids the slight scratches that typically occur on the surface of a matte laminated film.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to layer the NEI wear-resistant hot laminated film under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is recommended that the printed surface be thoroughly dried before lamination and cooled thoroughly on one surface before laminating onto other surfaces. Not following these suggestions is likely to lead to premature stratification.
3. This film has an extra matt finish, so we recommend handling it with cotton gloves or at least with washed and cleaned bare hands.
